Ładnie.
"Nieskuteczny stan prawny". Aby dobrze przemyślałeś?
Sprzedanie mieszkania bez aktu notarialnego mniej więcej doprowadzi do
podobnego skutku - skoro sprzedaż jest "tylko" prawnie nieskuteczna.
